Return & Exchange Policy

Final Sale Disclosure

In accordance with California Civil Code §1723, Junk Journal Chaos clearly discloses the following prior to purchase:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL; Junk Journal Chaos does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations of any kind. By completing a purchase, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees to this Final Sale Policy

Refund Policy

Junk Journal Chaos does not issue refunds, including but not limited to circumstances involving:

  • Change of mind

  • Customer error in ordering

  • Dissatisfaction with artistic style, materials, or creative outcome

  • Failure to review product descriptions, photos, or policies

All items are sold “as is” and are often handmade, artistic, and/or one-of-a-kind.

Shipping & Delivery Liability

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by USPS, Junk Journal Chaos is released from all liability, including but not limited to:

  • Lost, stolen, or delayed packages

  • Packages marked as “Delivered” by USPS

  • Damage occurring during transit

Any delivery-related issues must be addressed directly with USPS using the provided tracking information.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Junk Journal Chaos is not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to address error, reshipment may be offered at the customer’s expense, subject to availability.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By placing an order, the customer agrees to contact Junk Journal Chaos prior to initiating any chargeback or payment dispute. Chargebacks that contradict this clearly disclosed policy may be contested with supporting documentation.

Legal Rights

This policy does not limit any rights that cannot be waived under California law. However, where permitted by law, Junk Journal Chaos expressly disclaims responsibility as outlined above.

Policy Acceptance

By completing a purchase, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Returns & Refunds Policy in full.​
